What Our Clients Are Saying
Don’t just take it from us, let our satisfied clients do the talking!
“I’ve had Brad as my property manager for 8 months now. He is one of the best property managers that you could ever find. Hands down. When I first transitioned my property to his team, he took time to look around the property and let me know of possible repairs and the code violations. After that, other than the occasional repairs, everything is just smooth. For small repairs, his team is very fast. Within 2 days of report, they will already send someone out to look at it and possibly fix it. His monthly report and ledger also makes me feel assured that the property is being taken care of. He is a nice guy to work with. Clear communication, efficient work style. Anyway, if you’re like me, you want to find a property manager who takes care of all the work so you can focus on your work, Brad is just the way to go.”
“Thank you for the opportunity to write this letter of recommendation and endorsement of CFI Realty. In managing our portfolio of over 30 units, you have always demonstrated professionalism and integrity. You have been competent, honest, and made every effort to keep costs at a minimum. Most importantly, when things have gone wrong, you have handled the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
We have been thoroughly pleased with CFI Realty and are grateful for our Realtor’s initial recommendation to consider you as our manager.
We have no doubt your future clients will be similarly pleased with your professional residential management services.”
“We have been very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at CFI. Within one week of listing our property on the rental market CFI found us a fantastic tenant, who met all of our requirements. It is reassuring to know that our rental property, which was our family home for many years, is now being managed and cared for with the same level of pride which we ourselves would give. We highly recommend CFI as property managers.”
Frequently Asked Questions
My credit score is low. Will this affect my ability to rent?
When it comes to credit we aren’t focusing as much on the credit score as to why your credit is insufficient to buy a home. We look more at your debt to income ratio than anything else. We want to ensure you have the financial capability to uphold the leasehold obligations rather than what your credit score is.
What about pets?
CFI is a property management company that represents individual owners or investors with their property management needs. Some of our owners are more pet friendly than others. We take pets on a case by case situation. All pets are subject to a non-refundable pet deposit, as well as breed restrictions. We can’t allow pets that are classified as aggressive breeds by national homeowners insurance providers.
Am I responsible for utilities?
A majority of our properties do NOT included utilities in the rent, however a small few include water and trash. These properties are typically MFR properties. Some of our properties reside in counties where they have passed local legislation to incorporate trash service through the county. Properties that reside in these counties will have trash service provided in the rental rate.
Do you handle corporate relocation clients?
Yes. Applying for a CFI property from an out of state applicant is no different from applying in state. However, you will need to provide us a job offer letter from your new employer or a transfer letter from your existing employer. We highly encourage applicants to physically view the properties prior to applying for the properties.
Why the CFI for Rentals?
Expertise counts in almost everything, and it certainly counts when shopping for the right home to rent. We know the market. We understand leases. We know how to listen to our clients. We’ll find rental properties that match your needs and help you zero in on the important factors for making a good decision.
And when the time comes for you to buy a home, we hope you’ll consider our agent real estate services. We bring the same commitment to high performance in every aspect of the real estate business.
